Return and refund

Product Return Policy:
Our aim is to provide you with quality products. But, if for any reason there is a manufacturing defect in the product or the product does not work or the product ordered is different in color or size or is missing. The product can be exchanged or returned within the next three days. In the event of a complaint of missing or different product in the packet or box, you must open the product in front of the delivery person or record a video of the product being unpackaged or boxed. Missing product in package, broken product in courier or unboxing video of product is not acceptable – so video recording of product packet or unboxing is requested to avoid misunderstanding.
- Below is a list of cases where returns, exchanges, warranties and refunds do not apply:
- If the product is burned or physically damaged.
- Products sold at various discounts or offers.
- If the product's intact seal or sticker is removed.
- Under garment items.
- Any accessories or chargers or adapters with the product.
- Any gift items or prizes that are given free of charge.
- Any type of software or digital product.
Compatibility issues with any third-party hardware or devices or apps or software that are not attributable to product defects.

If a product needs to be returned, it must be properly boxed or in a separate bag (no tape on the product box) along with all paperwork, boxes, accessories, warranty cards, stickers, labels, gift items, etc. delivered to our office address. have to do In this case, if it is possible to collect the product back from your location, we will try, but in that case, you will have to pay the courier charges in advance.

Product Return Terms:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without defects. Fashion products must be seen unworn to see if they fit, or be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an incomplete condition, we reserve the right to ship it back to you.
The product must include the price tag, user manual, warranty card, freebies and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging box. If the product is delivered in a DinajpurBD.com packaging box or packet with a return shipping label attached, it must be returned in the same condition. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.

Refund Policy:
If the product of the paid order is not in stock or if a product is returned due to any problem or if any product out of multiple products is out of stock and the product is unlikely to be in stock in the shortest possible time then the paid amount is refunded. In the case of product returns, a refund decision will be made after evaluating whether the product is resalable. See above for detailed product return policy.

Time required for refund of money paid:
The amount paid by the customer will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of refund request through Mobile Banking. Refunds via debit or credit card or bank transfer may take 7 to 15 working days. If it does not appear in your account statement within this period, please contact your card issuing bank or your bank regarding your bank account or contact DinajpurBD.com.
Refund Charges:
If the customer returns the product to the office of DinajpurBD.com then no charge will be applicable for returning the product. If DinajpurBD.com has to pay for the return of the goods by courier, the courier charges will be deducted from the amount paid and in case of cash on delivery goods the courier charges will have to be paid in advance. 15% of the price of the purchased product will be deducted as service charge, exclusive of courier charges. Also in some cases (where applicable) the payment settlement fee will also be paid after deduction from the paid amount.
